The data has been collected on August still September 2006 at Tanjung Seteko village. The research method that is used in this research is case study, while the method which is used to take sample is cencus to all member of The KSM Putri Sawit that were 15 farmers. Data was described by scoring to some indicators of perception farmers variables, and than comparison vegetable farming income was analized by student test. The result of this research shows that the average score of farmer's perception toward community development programme were midle catagories, whit average score 11,60 (score rannge 5,00-15,00). The reasons farmers following programme were to add farming size, to add capital, to add incomes, to thought exchange, and to ged guidance.
