Marketing sector is one of principle sectors in improving Prabumulih income. The high contribution which is given in marketing sector be caused the high productivity by traders. The high productivity caused the traders have good working ethos. But, the problem is “what their working spirit is only for seek a living, only to improve social status, or as act of devotion which is commanded by religion. The theory which is used in this research is Value-Orientation from C. Kluckhon.
