  • Kinerja guru adalah faktor penting dalam proses pendidikan, masalah penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh positif keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data, dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi guru-guru SMKN di Bandar Lampung dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 88, pengambilan sampel menggunakan proposional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi berberprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hal ini bermakna jika keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi meningkat, maka kinerja guru juga akan meningkat. Kata Kunci: keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja guru Teacher performance is an important factor in the education process, the problem of this study is that the performance of vocational high school teachers in Bandar Lampung City has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze and determine influence of principal managerial ability, work discipline, and achievement motivation on the performance of vocational high school teachers in Bandar Lampung City. This type of research is quantitative research, using questionnaire to collect data, and the collected data were analyzed using regression analysis. This study took a population of SMKN teachers in Bandar Lampung with a sample of 88, taking a sample using proportional random sampling. The results showed that the principal managerial ability, work discipline, and achievement motivation had a positive effect on the performance of vocational high school teachers in Bandar Lampung. This means that if the principal's managerial ability, work discipline, and achievement motivation increase, the teacher's performance will also increase.
