Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan&#xD; mengetahui pengaruh positif keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi&#xD; berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah&#xD; penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data, dan data yang&#xD; terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi guru-guru&#xD; SMKN di Bandar Lampung dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 88, pengambilan sampel&#xD; menggunakan proposional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan&#xD; manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi berberprestasi berpengaruh positif&#xD; terhadap kinerja guru sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hal ini bermakna&#xD; jika keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi meningkat,&#xD; maka kinerja guru juga akan meningkat.&#xD; Kata Kunci: keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja&#xD; guru&#xD; &#xD; Teacher performance is an important factor in the education process, the problem of&#xD; this study is that the performance of vocational high school teachers in Bandar&#xD; Lampung City has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze and determine&#xD; influence of principal managerial ability, work discipline, and achievement&#xD; motivation on the performance of vocational high school teachers in Bandar&#xD; Lampung City. This type of research is quantitative research, using questionnaire to&#xD; collect data, and the collected data were analyzed using regression analysis. This&#xD; study took a population of SMKN teachers in Bandar Lampung with a sample of 88,&#xD; taking a sample using proportional random sampling. The results showed that the&#xD; principal managerial ability, work discipline, and achievement motivation had a&#xD; positive effect on the performance of vocational high school teachers in Bandar&#xD; Lampung.
