zaman menyebabkan persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi semakin ketat. Adanya
persaingan yang semakin ketat antar perusahaan mendorong setiap perusahaan untuk
menetapkan pengendalian terhadap persediaan bahan baku secara tepat sehingga
perusahaan dapat tetap eksis untuk dapat mencapai tujuan yang di inginkannya.
Berdasarkan wawancara dengan perusahaan Keripik Shaqila didapatkan informasi
bahwa Keripik Shaqila sering terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman bahan baku produksi
sehingga mengakibatkan perusahaan tidak dapat beropersi dalam beberapa hari.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian
Persediaan Bahan Baku Terhadap Kinerja Operasional Pada Perusahaan pengolahan
Keripik Shaqila Di Bandar Lampung. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobability
sampling dengan metode total sampling. Sample dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan 32 responden karyawan Keripik Shaqila Bandar Lampung. Metode
analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah: regresi linier sederhana, uji signifikansi parsial
(uji t) dan uji (F), uji determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel
pengendalian persediaan bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja
operasional.
Kata kunci : Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku, Kinerja Operasional Perusahaan.



abstract

Business competition is increasing today along with the development of the times causing
competition between companies to become increasingly tight. The increasingly fierce
competition between companies encourages each company to determine the control of raw
material inventories appropriately so that the company can still exist to be able to achieve the
goals it wants. Based on the interview with the Shaqila Chips company, information was
obtained that Shaqila Chips often delayed the delivery of raw materials so that the company
could not operate within a few days. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
the Raw Material Inventory Control System on the Operational Performance of the Shaqila
Chips Processing Company in Bandar Lampung. The sampling method uses non-probability
sampling with the total sampling method. The sample in this study used 32 respondents to the
Shaqila Bandar Lampung Chips employee. The statistical analysis method used is: simple
linear regression, partial significance test (t test) and test (F), determination test (R2). The
results of this study indicate that the raw material inventory control variable has a significant
effect on operational performance variables.
