- Website perpustakaan digunakan untuk mencari informasi pustaka agar lebih cepat dan mudah diperoleh. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kualitas layanan website menggunakan metode webqual modifikasian dan IPA. Terdapat 22 website perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Lampung. Namun, hanya 5 website paling aktif yang dipilih untuk dievaluasi. Website tersebut adalah website Universitas Lampung (Unila), Universitas Islam Negeri Lampung (UIN), Institut Teknologi Sumatra (ITERA), Politeknik Negeri Lampung (Polinela) dan Universitas Malahayati (Unmal). Ada 219 responden yang dievaluasi menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian dari lima website menyatakan interaction quality dan empathy sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Selain itu, hasil pengujian Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) ditemukan atribut website user friendly, ketersediaan password, ketersediaan contact person, kepuasan layanan, respon admin, keramahan admin dan kesabaran admin memiliki prioritas utama karena kinerja rendah dan harapan tinggi. This study aims to evaluate of website services using modified webqual and IPA methods. There are 22 University websites in Lampung Province. However, only 5 of the most active websites were chosen to be evaluated. These websites are the website of the University of Lampung (Unila) library, Lampung State Islamic University (UIN), Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA), Lampung State Polytechnic (Polinela) and Malahayati University (Unmal). There are 219 respondents which are evaluated using structural equation modelling with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result shows that the interaction quality and empathy gives a great influence to students satisfaction. In addition, the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) test result show user friendly website attributes, password and contact person availability, service satisfaction, administrator's response, hospitality and patience have a top priority because they have low performance with high expectation.
