Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kualitas layanan website&#xD; menggunakan metode webqual modifikasian dan IPA. Terdapat 22 website&#xD; perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Lampung. Namun, hanya 5 website paling aktif yang&#xD; dipilih untuk dievaluasi. Website tersebut adalah website Universitas Lampung&#xD; (Unila), Universitas Islam Negeri Lampung (UIN), Institut Teknologi Sumatra&#xD; (ITERA), Politeknik Negeri Lampung (Polinela) dan Universitas Malahayati&#xD; (Unmal). Ada 219 responden yang dievaluasi menggunakan model persamaan&#xD; struktural (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian&#xD; dari lima website menyatakan interaction quality dan empathy sangat&#xD; mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Selain itu, hasil pengujian Importance&#xD; Performance Analysis (IPA) ditemukan atribut website user friendly, ketersediaan&#xD; password, ketersediaan contact person, kepuasan layanan, respon admin,&#xD; keramahan admin dan kesabaran admin memiliki prioritas utama karena kinerja&#xD; rendah dan harapan tinggi.&#xD; Kata Kunci: Webqual, kualitas website perpustakaan, importance performance&#xD; analysis (IPA), Partial Least Square (PLS).&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; abstract&#xD; &#xD; A library website is used to search the literature information easier and faster. This&#xD; study aims to evaluate of website services using modified webqual and IPA&#xD; methods. There are 22 University websites in Lampung Province. However, only 5&#xD; of the most active websites were chosen to be evaluated. These websites are the&#xD; website of the University of Lampung (Unila) library, Lampung State Islamic&#xD; University (UIN), Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA), Lampung State&#xD; Polytechnic (Polinela) and Malahayati University (Unmal). There are 219&#xD; respondents which are evaluated using structural equation modelling with the&#xD; Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result shows that the interaction quality&#xD; and empathy gives a great influence to students satisfaction.
