- This research was done at Malang Club House with title “Leadership Style Analysis (study at Istana Dieng Club House Malang)”. The intention of this research is to know what kind of Situsional Leadership Style that used at Istana Dieng Club House Malang, seen from duty and relation behavior and then related with subordinat maturity level. The analyzer which is used in this research is stretches scale. By using appliance as a measurer is likert scale. Likert scale is a measurement technique that used score for each point within it’s measurement. Result of this research showed that at Istana Dieng Club House Malang used consultative leadership style by seen at very high behavior of duty with total score 171,4, and its’s high relation behavior with total score 187, whereas, the maturity level of it’s subordinat in high level by seen from score 204,5. Conclusion of this research is leadership style that appropriate to applied at Istana Dieng Club House Malang which duty and it’s relation behavior had already high, so if seen from leadership style theory of Hersey and Blanchard is consultation leadership.
