  • This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with a total sample of 55 people, sampling techniques using total sampling data collection techniques using a questionnaire and data analysis methods used in the form of a range of scales and path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment by 23.6%, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance 26.8%, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance 20.9% and the influence of organizational culture on performance employees with organizational commitment produce a positive and significant effect of 32.4%.
