  • The purpose of this research is to describe and determine the level of effectiveness of the media use of arithmetic social learning through the game based on Power point in grade VII students SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Batu. The type of research used is reseacrh and development (R&D) using 3D models (Define, Design, and Development). The subject used is a student of grade VII-A SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Batu which amounted to 21 people. Data collection techniques such as questionnaires and test validation. Results showed the average media validation test of 80.3% to the category of valid and fit for use, while the average yield obtained material validation test 100% to the category of very valid and fit for use. In the results of the post-test, the results of the student test are completed with an average of 62% in sufficient categories, while the average results of the analysis of students' responses by 75% considered good.
