  • This study is aimed to test the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation toward managerial performance. The implementation of TQM includes the focus on the customer (X ), obsession toward quality (X ), team cooperation (X ), system improvement continuously (X ), education and training (X ), also the involvement and employee empowerment (X ), while managerial performance by using proxy, they are: planning, investigation, coordination, evaluation, supervision, staffing, negotiation, and representation. Data collection uses questionnaire that is supported with interview and documentation. Sampling that is used here is simple random sampling. The respondents are the employee in Financial Administration Division and Fabrication division by sample of 40 people from total of 199 people. Analysis instrument that is used here is double linear regression. The result of study shows that R value is 0,969; it means that between TQM and managerial performance have strong correlation of 96,9%, while R Square (R2) value or determinant coefficient value is 0,938. It means dependent variable (managerial performance) can be explained by independent variable of TQM as much as 93,8% and the rest of 6,2% can be explained by other factors that is included in this study. By this, it can concluded that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) that consists of six investigated variables whether simultaneously and partially have influence toward managerial performance of PG. Kebon Agung Malang. Thus, two hyphoteses in this study is accepted.
