- The market has a very rapid development, it requires companies to compete with performance. There are many causes of losses experienced by companies, one of which is the selection of material suppliers. The main objective of this research is to select suppliers based on the performance of the criteria and the criteria used. This research was conducted at PT. HATNI, this study asked for the procurement of raw materials Suwangi fish and turmeric fish. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method produces criteria of quality (0.288), cost (0.085), delivery (0.357), service (0.103), supplier profile (0.055) and documents (0.110). Whereas to deduct suppliers using the Preference Order Technique by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with alternative yield values of supplier A (0.877), supplier C (0.869), supplier D (0.353), supplier B (0.343), and supplier E (0.194).
