- Selecting suppliers to supply critical items and working together for a long time is an important activity considering the material costs reach 70% of the product cost. Supplier performance evaluation is a multi-criteria problem involving qualitative and quantitative factors. CV. Ono Margo Utomo is a manufacturing company making a variety of hoses that are make to order. The problem that occurs with suppliers is the late delivery time. Suppliers are often late from the agreed date. To minimize production costs the company must evaluate supplier performance in order to maintain production cost supervision. The method used to evaluate supplier performance is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similiry to Ideal Solution Gray (TOPSIS Gray). The results will provide proposals to companies in managing and evaluating supplier performance. AHP method produces criteria of quality (0.04), flexibility (0.06), delivery (0.52), cost (0.26), responsiviness (0.12). For supplier rankings used TOPSIS Grey with the results of suppliers HPM> MJM> Maju Jaya> DSM.
