  • BTPN Wow is the realization of PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional for the Laku Pandai program (Financial Services Without Offices) was initiated by the OJK (Financial Services Authority). This final project aims to: a) Knowing the strategies used by PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional to attract people interest in BTPN products Wow, b) Knowing BTPN Wow product SWOT analysis to develop strategies. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used in marketing BTPN Wow's products is offering banking services without offices through agent services in remote areas using a simple handphone, offering features that have no minimum deposit preferred by people with middle to lower economies and results SWOT analysis shows the strategies that must be improved by PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Branch Office of Sawojajar Malang City is actively promoting, giving rewards to agents and customers who are most active do transactions and increasing cooperation with providers.
