Therefore, an evaluation of the KOTAKU Program is carried out through Community Self-Management Patterns with the aim of finding out the extent of the program and the role of the community in implementing the program.
This study set out from the formulation of the research, about how the implementation of KOTAKU through community self-management patterns in Mamburungan, East Tarakan, Tarakan City and what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of KOTAKU. This research is a qualitative research, using observation, interviews, documentation as data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted on people who could explain about the state Mamburungan before and after the implementation of KOTAKU. Data analysis in this study uses interactive model analysis from Miles and Huberman which includes the stage of data reduction, data presentation and data verification or conclusion retraction.
