  • Background : Cesarean surgary is an artificial labor, in which the fetus is born through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus with the condition that the uterus is intact and the fetus weighs above 500 grams. Cesarean surgary would cause post operative pain. The therapy to reduce the post operative pain is ketorolac analgesic. Objective :To identify the pattern of Ketorolac in patients with Cesarean section, comprising: the dosage, the route, the frequency, and the length of drug therapy. Method : Observational descriptive and retrospective design in Cesarean section patients at period of January 2019 – Juny 2019. Result & Conclusion : The use of Ketorolac was only used singly namely Ketorolac (3 x 30 mg) iv in all 16 patients. The most common switch is Ketorolac (3 x 30 mg) iv to Mefenamic Acid (3 x 500 mg) po given to all patients 16 patients (100%). The use of Ketorolac in Regional General Hospital Sidoarjo is appropriate with the guideline.
