Cesarean surgary would cause post operative pain. The therapy to reduce the post operative pain is ketorolac analgesic. &#xD; Objective :To identify the pattern of Ketorolac in patients with Cesarean section, comprising: the dosage, the route, the frequency, and the length of drug therapy.&#xD; Method : Observational descriptive and retrospective design in Cesarean section patients at period of January 2019 &#x2013; Juny 2019.&#xD; Result &amp; Conclusion : The use of Ketorolac was only used singly namely Ketorolac (3 x 30 mg) iv in all 16 patients. The most common switch is Ketorolac (3 x 30 mg) iv to Mefenamic Acid (3 x 500 mg) po given to all patients 16 patients (100%).
