- Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of store image on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a mediation variable on Oleh-oleh Asix A6 Store in the city of malang. The variable include in this study consist of independent variabel (store image), dependent variabel (repurchase intention), and mediation variable (customer satisfaction). This study uses path analysis on 114 respondents who have been determined using purposive sampling technique as a method of sampling by using questionnaires to collect data. The test result showed that store image had positive anf significant effect to customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction had positive impact to repurchase intentionary, and store image had positive and significant effect to repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as mediation variable.
