- This research is research of diskripsi done at company PT. Indonesia Post (persero) Unlucky Post Of Fice with headline " Organizational Culture Characteristic Influence To Officer Performance PT. Indonesia Post (persero) Malang Post Of Fice. Purpose of this research is to know how organization culture characteristic, officer performance PT. Indonesia Post (persero) post of fice Malang and know significant influence of organizational culture characteristic to officer performance and know strongest organization culture characteristic had an effect on to officer performance PTPos Indonesia ( persero) post of fice Malang. In this research applies questionaire for data collector having the character of fundamental by means of doubled regression analysis and scale spread to know organizational culture characteristic, officer performance and culture characteristic influence to officer performance PTPos Indonesia ( persero) post of fice Malang. From result of analysis proves that organizational culture characteristic in PT. Indonesia Post ( persero) post of fice Malang pertained very strong and officer performance also very height. While variable from organization culture characteristic consisted of by innovation and risking, attention to detail and correctness, orientation to result, orientation to team, orientation to people, agresifity, and stability having an effect on strongest to performance is attention to detail and correctness. As for suggestion from result of this research at company is so that always strengthens organizational culture passed constructions so that organization culture characteristic would continuously stick at officer and gives inspiration in working with result expected by company
