  • Indonesia, one of countries that has the largest population in the world and varieties of potential that can be developed, both in the form of natural resource potential and human resources . Indonesia has a large population so it has large workforce too. To protect the rights and obligations of workforce, a law was issued which could protect the rights and obligations of workers, namely Law No. 24 of 2011 on Social Insurance Administration Organization (BPJS). To protect every right and obligation of the workforce, the raise of the Law can protect every right and obligation of the workforce, namely the Law No. 24 of 2011 concerning to BPJS. Formulation of the problem: 1. How is the implementation of article 15 of Law No. 24 of 2011 regarding the Social Security Organizing Agency regarding the obligation to register the BPJS Employment manpower in UMKM Traditional Sarong Weaving in Woromarto, Purwoasri, Kediri? .2. What factors are the constraints of the implementation of article 15 of Law No. 24 of 2011 regarding the Social Security Agency concerning the obligation to register its workforce BPJS of Employment manpower in UMKM Traditional Sarong Weaving in Woromarto, Purwoasri, Kediri? This current investigation utilized a sociological juridical approach. The data collection techniques used was documentation interviews and literature studies. While, the techniques of data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of research conducted in the implementation of article 15 of Law No. 24 of 2011 concerning the BPJS is still not implemented by employers against their workforce by not registering their workforce to the BPJS of Employment. The inhibiting factors of the implementation of the article are the factors of employers, labor and infrastructure. For Suggestions, to further increase oversight of the implementation of Law No. 24 of 2011 concerning the BPJS of Employment
