- Construction Management is a coordinating, planning, organizing, and controlling activity. It is an important aspect in construction. Since tardiness is a normal issue in a construction, an acceleration is strongly recommended to reach the target as initially planned. To overcome the tardiness, the method of Time-Cost Trade-off is required. It is a method analyzing how much the time of delay that can be reduced by adding overtime hour with minimum cost. It aims to identify the crash cost and crash duration for each activity. The implementation of the method will obtain a new total duration and wage and will be compared with the normal duration and wage. The result of the method was 25 days of acceleration in which the 66 normal days of construction was reduced to 41 days. Meanwhile, due to the 25 days of acceleration, there was a cost increase of IDR 166,871,988,01.
