The foods that high in purines such us offal, tofu, tempeh, fried chicken etc. Consumption of foods high in purines will cause swelling in the joints. To overcome this so as not to increase levels of gout in one meal. The high-purine food-eating habits will cause high levels of gout in the blood. High levels of gout in the blood will cause pain in the joints or until swelling in the joint area. This research method using a qualitative approach is carried out with a case study research. Data collection is done by semi-structured interviews. Data retrieval was performed on three participants and to validate it using data triangulatio.
