  • Implementation is a provision for carrying out an impact or effect on something. The purpose of the research being done is to describe (1) the implementation of peace education based on probing prompting techniques as a deterrent to violence in the PPKn learning and (2) the PPKn teacher’s role were in to compose probing prompting techniques in SMAN 1 Kandangan Kediri. The research methods in this research is descriptif qualitative design. Data Source that used is Vice of Head Master, PPKn’s Teacher, and Vice Head of Curriculum Field SMAN 1 Kandangan Kediri. Place and time the research in the SMAN 1 Kandangan Kediri that's done from April until May. The data collection gathered by observation, interviewed, and documentation. The data analysis was used reduction data, presentation data, and conclusion. The data validity techniques used is triangulation of data sources. The results of the study showed that: (1) The implementation of peace education based on probing prompting techniques as a deterrent to violence in the PPKn learning can be achieved by the need for cultivation in the practice of daily life the learners. The PPKn teacher’s step were in to compose the learning techniques is corresponds with the indicators or sintaks, educaters keep an eye on the learners, the qualities of educational materials, the facilities and media available, and the condition of the educaters self. (2) The PPKn teacher’s role were in to compose the learning techniques is expected to master the concept of learning, to create understanding, and to sintaks learning.
