- Besides budget and quality, scheduling is a parameter of a successful construction. In a construction planning, an analysis on the time estimation is essential since the result can be varied. In the case of this study, the project experienced a delay which affected the overall duration. Therefore, this study used the PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) to arrange all the activity schedules, determine the critical path and the PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method to consider the probability of completion time including the budget estimation based on the optimum duration. The initial scheduling used the method of barchart and S-Curve, then simulated with PDM and PERT to obtain the duration and budget. The initial duration is planned to finish in 154 days and needs budget of IDR 6.829.031.000,00. Meanwhile in the process, the project experienced a delay so it was assumed could be completed on the 217th day with a budget of IDR 7.475.096.000,00. Then, by using the PERT method, the project is accelerated so as not too different with the initial duration, the optimum duration (189 days) reached the probability of 99% with a budget of IDR 7.185.632.000,00
