- This study discusses the reasons for the Alliance of Qatar and Iran to influence the termination of diplomatic relations by Saudi Arabia against Qatar in 2017. The theory used in this study is Balance Of Power according to Kennetz Waltz which states that Balance Of Power is a condition for maintaining system stability there is in this case an system of anarcy (in international politics) without having to damage the diversity of each unit / element of the country in the system. The research method is explanative were is data collection techniques literature. The results of this study are the alliances of Qatar and Iran is a threat to political stability, security and the interests of Saudi Arabia. This is because Qatar in a conflict with Saudi Arabia tightens its bilateral relations with Iran, especially in the field of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) natural resources production, which threatens the stability of Saudi Arabia's oil trade which is being maximized to reach Saudi Vision 2030. Thus the Arab The Saudis responded by cutting off diplomatic relations with Qatar and givingh 13 demands including stopping ciiperation with Iran in it, as a condition if Qatar wanted to improve relations with Saudi Arabia.
