- The success of the organization is not separated from the intervention of human resources. The purpose of research to know the influence of occupational stress and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the housing and provincial settlement of Jombang. Research samples of 33 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression and scale range. The results of the scale range shows that working stress gets enough value, working discipline gets high value and employee performance gets high score. Partially working stress significantly negatively affects the employee's performance so that the higher the work stress then the employee's performance decreases. Working discipline has a significant positive impact on employee performance, so the higher the discipline of employees ' performance will increase. Work stress and work discipline simultaneously positively affect the performance of employees so that the lower the work stress and the higher the working discipline will improve the employee's performance. Evaluation is required by spur officers to get the job done on time.
