- CV. Kaje Food is one of the companies that produce fruit chips in Malang. Having many suppliers makes CV. Kajeye Food must also pay attention to the performance of each supplier, this makes it necessary to evaluate supplier performance. This supplier evaluation is implemented using two methods, namely Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) to obtain criteria and their weight and Technique for Order Preference by Simility to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to get the best performance supplier results ranking that has the furthest value from the negative ideal solution and closest to a positive ideal solution. AHP obtained several evaluation criteria, namely quality, cost, delivery, and service, as well as sub-criteria for thick fruit flesh, whole round fruit forms, mature trees, shipping costs, fruit prices, discounts, delivery, quantity accuracy, fruit availability, and response against claims. After knowing the criteria, we will calculate the weight with AHP and continue ranking suppliers with TOPSIS. The results obtained from the TOPSIS method are the best performance suppliers that can be sorted, namely suppliers, Semarang, then Pasuruan suppliers, Lumajang suppliers, and finally Dampit suppliers.
