  • The increasing number of Muslim tourists influenced by the Hallyu Wave has made the South Korean Government interested in developing the halal food industry policy in the country. This study discusses South Korea's strategy in implementing the K-Halal Food policy. The government also works with government and non-government organizations in this policy. They also work with Muslim countries to develop the K-Halal Food. In Thar matter, this study used a descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach to explain the strategy that South Korea used. The author uses the concept of economic globalization to explain cooperation between South Korea and Muslim Countries and alto use the potential of Soft Power to explain the K-Halal Food. The results of this study indicate that the South Korean country uses economic globalization to develop its Soft Power potential in halal food.
