- Quality is created at the request of patients who will be assessed based on customer perceptions. The emergence of extra attention from the development of hospital services when the community will assess how medical services are provided by it. However, according to the results of interviews with several respondents (patients) it was known that several points appeared that made patients less satisfied with the services provided. Among these problems are complicated registration procedures, unclear administrative registration, unclear determination of visiting hours, and the slow pace of officers in serving patients. Therefore, the hospital is required to improve service quality so that customers feel satisfied. With the emergence of the above problems, it is necessary to measure the service by using the service quality integrase method and quality Function Deployment which is considered appropriate to measure the level of hospital services to be able to provide services in accordance with the basic needs of patients.
