  • This research analyzes about the responsibility of JNE as a shipping company that exceeds the specified deadline and estimation based on Constitution no. 8 of 1999 about consumer protection (research at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pakisaji Agent Malang Regency). The issues explored include how the implementation and responsibility of JNE Pakisaji Agent to consumers who exceed the specified deadline and estimation.The author used a sociological juridical approach as the research method. The result of this research shows that PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pakisaji Agent Malang Regency (JNE) give a 100% guarantee of return shipping money to consumers, if it is not under the agreement through the claim procedure as a form of responsibility, which stated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code and the responsibility is under the provisions of Article 7 letter G Constitution no. 8 of 1999 about Consumer Protection. This was proven from the results of the research that done by the author at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pakisaji Agent Malang Regency. The author recommends to have an internal and external evaluation so that the delay will resolved and not harm the consumers.
