  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of addition banana weed MOL in fermentation on the number of Escherichia coli and salmonella sp urine rabbit bacteria, and found the best percentage of banana hump MOL addition in fermentation to produce the number of Salmonella sp bacteria and Escherichia coli bacteria rabbit urine. The method used in the study was using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor, namely the concentration of adding banana weed MOL by P0 (0%), P1 (30%), P2 (35%), and P3 (40%). The results showed that the concentration of MOL addition of banana humps did not significantly affect the number of Salmonella sp bacteria (P> 0.05), no significant effect on the number of Escherichia coli bacteria (P> 0.05). Addition of banana weevil MOL with a concentration of 35% showed the lowest number of Escherichia coli was 2.07 × 102.
