  • The purpose of the study is to test the quality of service to purchasing decisions; test prices for purchasing decisions; test the effect; examine the dominant influence between service quality and price on purchasing decisions. Data collection method uses a questionnaire. Total sample 90 people taken by purposive sampling. Furthermore, the data were analysed by using a multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; Service quality variables have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions.
