With method qfd taken several conclusions and suggestion from watchfulness that done in the effort repair quality towards tour tlogomas. five attributes that be principal priority to is increased that is: water boom, facilities plays, cleanliness, place relaxes, board jumps. technical response that is prioritised so that repaired and increased to fulfill consumer satisfaction towards tour tlogomas based on quality house (hoq) that is: swimming pool development process (water boom) (1,2, facilities play (1, cleanliness (0,53, playground (0,99, boards jumps (0,99). based on technical response contribution value towards customer satisfaction fulfillment, principal repair priority that must be done by tour tlogomas with increase tour place competitiveness tlogomas with other tour place consideringly weakness and surplus that has by competitors. repair plan is made in the form of House of Quality (HOQ)
