Daftar Isi:
- This research was held at 24th July until 24th August 2018, Located at Fisheries Laboratory and Food Technology Laboratory, Faculty Of Animal Husbandry And Agriculture at Muhammadiyah University. The purpose of this research to know the influences of Spirulina Platensis flour with different concentration toward increasing colors of goldfish (Casassius Auratus) and to know the best of Spirulina Platensis flour which can increase the color of goldfish. The research methods was an experiment methods using Complete Randoised Design (CRD) with 6 times action and 3 times repeated. which is P1 without giving any Spirulina Flour, P2 1% Spirulina Flour, P3 2% Spirulina Flour, P4 3% Spirulina Flour, P5 4% Spirulin Flour, and P6 5% Spirulina Flour. The result of this research pointed out if giving Spirulina Plantesis Flour can increase the brightness of goldfish’s (Casassius Auratus) body but did not affected the head, the fin, and the tail of goldfish (Carassius Auratus). Observation was using Color Reader tools. After calculate data using analysis of varians, the result was the color of head, fin, and tail F calculate < F table 0,05. while the color of body F calculate > F table 0,05 so the further test are carried out with Duncan Test by give Spirulina on feed can increase the brightness of goldfish’s body. The fourth treatment (P4) with 3% concentration value produce the highest increase and very different with the first treatment (P1), but not significantly different from P2, P3, P5, and P6. Observation of water quality throughout the research involved temperature, pH, and DO. Average temperature was 23-26°C, average pH was 7, and DO average range was 6,7-11,2. To improve the colors of goldfish Spirulina Platensis flour can be used with the 3 % value on concentration in feed.
