- This research aimed to know the effect of Total Quality Management on Company Performance on food and beverages in Malang city. This research uses primary data that distributed to 46 UKM manager as a research object by using quesionnaires for data collection. This study using system random sampling as a method of sampling and multiple regression as a data analyzing method with SPSS 21 software. The result of this research finding that Total Quality Management has an effect on company performance and from 10 TQM dimention, the customers focus dimention has a dominant effect on company performance.
