- The purpose of this research is to describe the BCG matrix and SWOT analysis in improving the sales turnover of fried onions product in the company of Eka Surya Jaya Mandiri Batu. The type of research used is descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approach. The subject of research is Eka Surya Jaya Mandiri. Primary data is taken through interview method to know information from some employees in each section and questionnaire method to find information of company condition related to influence both in external and internal environment, while secondary data is taken through literature study, related literatures, data or information from companies, the Internet, and journals to find out data related to external factors such as economic, social, government, technology and competitors, as well as data related to internal factors such as management, marketing, finance, production and R & D. The results of this study indicate that the strategy that can be used by companies with SWOT analysis results is strength opportunity (SO) to expand the market by providing a more attractive appearance, providing more diverse packaging options to increase people's purchasing power, relying on distribution channels to wheedle center by - by and with the results of BCG analysis the company can use a long-term investment strategy to strengthen the position of the company that is in the position (star) and can work with various agents, distributors and other vendors to increase product sales.
