- The study aimed to determine the effect of compensation toward employees performance using work discipline as moderation variable at PT. Rama Manggala Gas Inti. Data for this study was in the from of primary and secondary data. Sample used for this study was employees part of production amounted to 35 respondents. Analytical techniques in this study were scale analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study showed that the scale range analysis of compensation was included in good level, work discipline in high level and employees performance in very high level. The simple linear regression analysis result showed that if the compensation is good then employee performance will be high. The double linier regression analysis showed that if the compensation is good and work discipline is high then employee performance will be high. The result of MRA analysis showed that the work discipline strengthens the influence of compensation on employees performance at PT. Rama Manggala Gas Inti.
