  • Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction savings products Sikemas PT.BPR Jatim Cabang Batu and also to determine where the dominant variables affecting customer satisfaction savings products Sikemas PT.BPR Jatim Cabang Batu. The analytical tool used is the Linier Regression with data collection via quesionnaires. Measurements of respondents in this study using a Likert scale represented on a scale of one to four. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the variable quality of service consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in PT. BPR Jatim Cabang Batu effect simultaneously and partially on the quality of service PT.BPR Jatim Cabang Batu of service quality variables that have the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction are variable assurance.
