  • The research is research survey with a title “ Compensation against the influence of employee performance with satisfaction to labor as variable intervening on PT. MPM Finance Kepanjen. The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of significant compensation for employee performance with satisfaction to work as a variable intervening. Instrument the analysis used in this research was span scale lane and analysis. Test the hypothesis that is used T test. The result of the span of the scale of shows have the average score of 110 which compensation was in good judgement, the satisfaction of having the average score 111,6 work which is located on judgement satisfied, employee performance and had the average score 120,67 that are in the assessment of high. Compensation against the influence of employee performance with satisfaction to labor as variable intervening indicated with a value of thitung as much as 4,423 so variable compensation directly influence significantly to employee performance. They would track the result of the analysis it can be seen thet the value of the coefisients of 0,658 lane, so that it can be conclude that compensation of its effect on employee performance with satidfaction to labor as variable intervening.
