- This study aims to determine the mechanism of customer service, constraints in the transaction and the system error handler on the internet banking facility. Data collection techniques used by researchers is by observation and observation, documentation and interview. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, the data analysis is done by breaking the data in accordance with the results obtained information and in accordance with the deduced research purposes. From the results of the study showed that the mechanism of customer service through internet banking facility has detailed groove through which the user customer until the customer can use internet banking facility. Based on the research results can take the conclusion that a lot of advantages that can get by customers using internet banking because it can be done anytime without limits of space and time for customers connected to the Internet network.
