- Service is a kind of activity which is being done by someone to other in order to full fill the purpose. This research has a purpose to understand a model of housing fund service that is being done by PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk, branch office in Soekarno Hatta Malang. This research method used descriptive qualitative. Data resources is coming from secondary data, that is based on a number of demand fund of the customers. In order to explain the service of housing fund, this research used two kind of instruments. They are documentation and observation. Observer said that the result of observation to the service of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, branch office in Soekarno Hatta Malang in handling this case was good. There are some positive points condition in handling customers complaint, friendly services, polite, enthusiastic, on time and responsibility. From year by year, there is an increasing of the costomers.
