  • The study was conducted at PT. Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Services Blimbing Malang with the title "Implementation of SMS Banking Service at PT. Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. Branch offices Blimbing Service ". The aim of research is to know about the implementation / process of registration of SMS Banking service, to find out the advantages and disadvantages in the use of SMS Banking service. Type of research is descriptive qualitative research study conducted while sources using primary data is data obtained directly in the form of opinions from the customer Service Bank BNI Branch Office Services Blimbing which discusses the SMS Banking, secondary data is data that is obtained indirectly in the form of notes, manuals or literature relating to the issues discussed. Results of the study obtained data on the implementation of the registration of SMS Banking service at PT. Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Services Blimbing, advantages and disadvantages in the use of SMS Banking.
