- The purpose of this study was to describe and to determine the effect of product quality and brand trust Samsung Android users in Malang Plaza Mall, and to determine whether there is a significant effect of product quality and brand trust on loyalty. Respondents in this study amounted to 80 respondents, sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Methods of collecting data with kuisioner, measurement techniques, data using Likert scale, The analytical tool used is a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of the scale range Samsung Android products in high category and trust brands in very high category while customer loyalty in very high category. The coefficient of determination (R^2) high effect category, through the t test obtained the positive influence with high effect. Results of F test obtained the real (significant) result between product quality and brand trust on customer loyalty Samsung Android users in Malang Plaza Mall.
