- The purpose of this study to describe the personality that includes Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, degree of openness, and describe Organizational Citizenship Behavior, to analyze the influence of personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the determine which personality variables were stronger effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The analitical tool used scale analysis and multiple linier regression. Respondents of this study were employees of the status of Bojonegoro DPU staff in all areas, namely road construction, bridge construction field, the field of building construction and environmental arrangement and residential areas. The sampling technique was the total sampling with respondents 60 employees. The results of this study showed that Extraversion, Agreeableness, Emotional stability, openness to experience, were included in the high category, while the level of seriousness and consciousness (conscientiousness) medium category, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior including high category. Comfort levels (Extraversion) stronger influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees of DPU in the Bojonegoro. Suggestions could be submitted to the DPU Bojonegoro agency personnel to conduct training on personality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, so that employees have a better personality.
