- The purpose of this research is for to know the effect of product quality and price to costumer satisfaction and for to know the effect satisfaction to costumer loyalty analysis device used in this study using path analysis Respondent in this research is students in Muhammadiyah Senior High School 3 batu who use IM3. Criteria for making the respondent were selected using purposive sampling where sampling is based on the above considerations in accordance with the criteria that the student in class X, XII, XII are still using IM3 card. By taking a sample size 65 respondents.the result from this research is variabel product quality, price to effect significant to costumer satisfaction is variabel intervening.and third variabel product quality, price and costumer satisfaction effect significant to costumer loyalty. Price have to effect significant biggest because,segment this research is students that habbits choice achived price and same with of product quality that be given Suggestions submitted on this research is the company is able to provide good quality product, at a price that is appropriate given that will impact costumer satisfaction and if the costumer is satisfied with the IM3 products they will tend loyal to IM3 products
