Criteria for making the respondent were selected using purposive sampling where sampling is based on the above considerations in accordance with the criteria that the student in class X, XII, XII are still using IM3 card. By taking a sample size 65 respondents.the result from this research is variabel product quality, price to effect significant to costumer satisfaction is variabel intervening.and third variabel product quality, price and costumer satisfaction effect significant to costumer loyalty.
