  • The purpose of this study is to describe the compensation and employee performance as well as the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on employee performance and most influential between financial and non-financial compensation on employee performance. Analysis tools used in this study is linear regression. The respondents were regular employees of PT. Melati Mulya Banjarmasin. The sampling technique is cluster sampling, sample 47. The result showed that the compensation is in the low category. Classified employee performance in the low category. Compensation consists of financial and non financial compensation have a significant effect on the performance of employees remain on the technician. Financial compensation is the variable most strongly affect the performance of employees.
