Population in this study that is official in Malang District Civil Service Body that is a total of 65 officers and data analysis technique that is used multiple linear regression to test F and test t . The results showed that leadership style and performance of a high official in the category . Leadership style influence on the performance of official duties and orientation has a dominant influence on the performance of officials in the District Civil Service Agency ( BKD ) of Malang . Suggestions may be submitted in this study that is expected to command always gives a boost to the officer until the job can be completed according to the requirements and provide support for efforts to maximize the ability of officials belonging . Leaders should set a deadline in the settlement process work and give impetus to complete the work in accordance with the provisions of duty set .
