Social reform</subject><description>The purpose of this study is: 1 ) To describe your leadership style 2 ) to describe the performance of officers 3 ) the influence of task-oriented leadership style and relationship to the performance -oriented officer 4 ) Which leadership style has a dominant influence on the performance of the officer . Population in this study that is official in Malang District Civil Service Body that is a total of 65 officers and data analysis technique that is used multiple linear regression to test F and test t .&#xD; &#xD; The results showed that leadership style and performance of a high official in the category . Leadership style influence on the performance of official duties and orientation has a dominant influence on the performance of officials in the District Civil Service Agency ( BKD ) of Malang .&#xD; &#xD; Suggestions may be submitted in this study that is expected to command always gives a boost to the officer until the job can be completed according to the requirements and provide support for efforts to maximize the ability of officials belonging .
