- The purpose of this study are: to determine leadership styles on employee production. To determine the performance of the production employees. To know apakahgaya leaderships have a significant influence on employee performance. To determine the leadership style variable orientation and orientation tasks the strongest impact on employee performance parts production. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales of analysis and multiple linear regression. Task-oriented leadership style and orientation relationships have a significant influence on employee performance and the influence of the production oriented leadership style most relationships affect the performance of Sejuk Alami Malang Cigarette Factory.
